Virginia Alejandra Pollak stitches together environmental sustainability and fashion.

As Head of Operations and Merchandising at Zady, a fashion company, she made sure that its products were environmentally sustainable. Alejandra also co-founded a fashion sustainability initiative to address the impact of the apparel industry on the planet.

An activist for activists, she advocates to bridge the gap between idea generators and decision-makers by hosting political events to encourage local organization and activism. She lives in New York with her husband David and their dachshund, ZZ Top.
